Do you like sharing your opinions? That’s great! Sharing your ideas can help organizations improve their services.

But did you know that it’s also a great way to earn rewards?

You might have heard about Ipsos iSay because it’s commonly mentioned in political polls and pulse surveys. It turns out it also pays its participants to answer surveys and share their opinions.

We tried the app to see how it works and understand the benefits and drawbacks. We also examined official sources, reviews from independent sites, and experiences of actual users.

We shared the best things we like about iSay and some factors to consider before signing up, so don’t skip this article.

What is Ipsos i-Say?

The iSay panel is a get-paid-to platform that allows you to earn money in exchange for opinions. You can receive rewards by answering surveys and referring friends.

iSay is owned by Ipsos, with 17,500 employees in more than 80 countries. The company started in 1975, and since then, it has been providing consumer insights to other businesses.

It’s safe to claim that iSay is a legit site since a reliable company backs it. It also doesn’t give away money for free since it earns by showing your opinions to its clients, which are businesses who want to improve their products and services.

Anyone, even children under 18 years old, can join iSay for free. However, the website requires that the parent or guardian give explicit content for the child to participate in the surveys.

Currently, iSay is available in more than 85 countries, including the US, Canada, and the UK.

How does Ipsos i-Say Work?

We tried signing up on the website, but we couldn't find the “Join Now” button, as stated on the Ipsos iSay FAQ page. According to iSay, the website still lacks some features, so we registered using the app.

Here’s how you can do it.

  1. Download the iSay app from Google Play or App Store.
  2. Open the app, then tap “Get Started.”
  3. Click “Sign Up,” and select your country and language.
  4. Enter your name, email address, password, gender, and birthday.
  5. Open your email for the account confirmation link.

After registering, you need to complete your profile. Here are some of the questions we were asked:

  • Where do you live? What’s your zip code?
  • Our community members participate in surveys for many reasons. What are your reasons for becoming part of our community?
  • How many people are living at your current address?
  • What’s your annual household income before taxes?

The app also required us to enter our mobile number for the verification code.

So why should you consider survey sites like iSay? You can have an extra income by answering surveys and inviting friends during your spare time.

How to earn rewards on iSay?

You can earn money on iSay by participating in surveys and recommending friends to sign up.

Complete surveys

Before collecting points from questionnaires, you need to complete your Profile Surveys, which contain eight categories, including:

  • General Information
  • Consumption Information
  • Travel
  • Technology
  • Health conditions
  • Home and garden

Here’s how to access the iSay surveys:

  1. Go to the app’s homepage.
  2. Click the menu button, then select the Edit icon.

You need to answer these questionnaires so that iSay can match you with paid surveys.

Here are some questions we were asked in General Information:

  • How much of your household’s grocery shopping do you do?
  • What’s your current employment status?
  • In which industry do you work?
  • How many employees work in your company?

We answered the following questions in the Consumption Information:

  • Which alcoholic drinks have you consumed or bought in the past three months?
  • Which of the following beverages have you had at home in the past three months?
  • How many cars are there in your household?
  • Do you have cats, dogs, birds, or any pet in your household?
  • Which tobacco products do you use?

However, after completing all Profile Surveys, iSay still hasn’t offered us a paid one.

Refer friends

You can also participate in the Ipsos iSay referral program to earn 100 points for every successful referral.

Here’s how to access the link:

  1. Go to the app’s homepage.
  2. Click the menu button, then choose “Invite Friends.”
  3. Tap “Copy the URL” to share the link with your friends and family members.

You can remind them to use your link when signing up. This way, iSay will credit your account when your friends register on the app.

Join contests and discussions

iSay used to offer several tasks aside from completing surveys. However, after the updates on the app and website, the company only provides surveys and a referral program.

According to the website, iSay has discussion boards where users can share their ideas about events and businesses. But these features are not included in the new app anymore.

Here’s a list of programs that are not available in the new app:

  • Bonus quest
  • Poll predictor
  • Discussion board

As a result, you can only earn on iSay by answering questionnaires and sharing your referral link.

How much can you earn?

According to some users, iSay pays $0.45 to $0.90 per survey, the standard for GPT sites.

So you can earn up to $9 per day, provided that the app gives you 10 questionnaires daily. It also depends on your location and demographics.

You can check out the iSay points to money conversion in the table below:

Since 100 points are equal to $1, you need five referrals to get a $5 card. You also need at least 500 points to redeem a gift card.

However, iSay requires at least 510 points to get $5 PayPal funds.

Ipsos i-Say Tips and Tricks

Here’s how to increase your earnings on iSay:

Use the app

You can use the app instead of the website. Currently, the website lacks other features, such as signing up and profile surveys.

Answer profile surveys

iSay asks profile questions to match you with surveys. You need to complete eight profile surveys as much as possible to increase the chances of being qualified for one.

Enable notifications

iSay sends survey alerts to your email, so it’s recommended to check your email regularly. You can also turn on the email notifications on your phone.

Be honest

The website uses questionnaires to filter honest respondents, so you need to answer consistently. If not,  iSay may suspend or terminate your account.

Share referral link

One way to have passive income from this website is by participating in the referral program. You can share the link to social media sites, such as Facebook and Twitter, to increase the chances of successful referrals.

Ipsos iSay Customer Reviews

iSay has a 4.2 rating on Trustpilot with 40, 729 reviews. Most users claimed that they could redeem gift cards from the website. They also like that the questions asked were relevant to improving a product or service.

However, like us, some users weren’t qualified for any survey. They also complained because iSay didn’t credit their accounts even though they answered paid surveys.

Long-time users noticed the changes due to the rebranding, which removed the discussion boards and contests.

Contrary to Trustpilot’s rating, iSay has a 2.7 rating on Apple Store and a 3-star rating on Google Play. App users say they have missing rewards and experienced technical issues while using iSay.

How to Contact iSay Customer Service

Should you experience any problems with iSay, here’s how to contact support:

  1. Go to the app’s homepage.
  2. Click the menu button, then choose “Contact Us.”
  3. Type your name, email address, subject, and message.
  4. Tap “Send message.”

But according to some reviewers, iSay Support Team sends late replies, which can take up to one week. It’s also inconvenient because the app doesn’t show an official telephone number which can help users who need immediate solutions.

Does iSay protect your information?

According to the Privacy Policy, Ipsos iSay protects your data by using encrypted internet connections when collecting information. However, the company will share your phone number and specific details about your device with third parties.

Fortunately, Ipsos iSay is transparent about what it does to your information. So if you don’t mind sharing your data, this GPT site is worth trying.

What are the alternatives to Ipsos iSay?

Are you wondering what site pays the most for surveys? Here are some GPT sites you can try aside from iSay.

1. SurveyTime

SurveyTime only offers paid questionnaires and the ambassador program. You can access it using the website and app.

Since surveys amount to $0.50 to $1 and you can answer one in less than 20 minutes, it’s possible to earn $4 per hour. You can withdraw your earnings immediately through PayPal, Coinbase, and gift certificates.

2. TimeBucks

The TimeBucks app and website contain various tasks, such as completing surveys, visiting other sites, watching videos, clicking ads, and referring friends.

You can make up to $11 using TimeBucks, but it depends on availability. The company also offers seven methods of payment, including:

  • Payeer
  • Airtm
  • Skrill
  • Bitcoin
  • Litecoin

3. ySense

Like TimeBucks, you can also earn in different ways using ySense. Plus, it offers paid survey questionnaires, which iSay lets you answer for free. It also has a daily poll, ensuring that you have extra income every day.

You can earn up to $10 per day, depending on availability. ySense allows you to cash out through PayPal, Skrill, and Payoneer.

Unlike the other websites, you can’t redeem gift cards on ySense. According to the company, it’s a safety measure for their users.

4. LifePoints

LifePoints offers surveys and daily challenges to help you make extra income. You can earn up to $10 per day, but it still depends on the availability and demographics.

Like iSay, you can redeem rewards through gift cards, PayPal, or charity donations.

SurveyTime pays the most among these GPT sites since you can get $16 daily, provided that you answer questionnaires four times each day.

Is Ipsos iSay Worth it?

Ipsos iSay is worth trying because it offers real earning opportunities. It’s legit and not a scam. However, we can barely qualify for a survey. Despite answering all the profile questionnaires, iSay didn’t give us any survey yet.

Still, it’s a source of extra income that you can turn to during your spare time. You can also use the app if you don’t mind sharing your information with third-party companies. The app even offers instant redemption of gift certificates that you can use for shopping.
